If you are the author of oral presentation (with review), please follow the following instructions.

The authors submitting to oral sessions will have kept their copyright of papers for each.

Camera-ready paper submission:

The author will submit your paper via web-site. Your personal URL is transmitted from committee by e-mail. Please check your e-mail box.
If you cannot register your paper via the webpage, please send e-mail to SmartCom 2019 committee members (sr_ac-smartcom2019-jp@mail.ieice.org).

Paper format

- Full paper (within 8 pages).
- A manuscript template for MS word (.docx file) is available from here.
- A manuscript template for LaTeX (.tex file) is available from here.
- It should be noted that the footer of the template for the papers accepted to oral sessions is different from the other templates.
- Manuscripts shall be written in English.
