21 October, 2019 (for authors from IEICE nonregistered organization) (Closed)
- The author will submit your paper via web-site. Your personal URL is transmitted from IEICE or committee by e-mail. Please check your e-mail box.
- If you cannot register your paper via the webpage, please send e-mail to SmartCom 2019 committee members (sr_ac-smartcom2019-jp@mail.ieice.org).

Full paper (within 8 pages) or abstract plus poster (total 2 pages).

Please use LaTeX class file ieicej.cls for IEICE Technical Report provided by IEICE.
It should be noted that ieicej.cls requires Japanese title and author's information.
If you do not want to include such information in Japanese, plese use the following templates:
A manuscript template for MS word (.docx file), A manuscript template for LaTeX (.tex file).
