For Oral Session Authors (all invited sessions)
- Oral session authors will be contacted from your oral session organizer for registration of your paper and your camera-ready submission.

For poster presentation
- If you are a poster presenter, please print the poster in A0 size (vertical) in advance and bring it to the conference venue by yourself. Detailed instructions will be announced via email later.

- Participant registration deadline: Oct. 17th, 2024.(Closed)
- Registration fee payment deadline: Oct. 17th, 2024 (for Japanese organization)
