For Invited Speakers (Keynote, Special, Industry Sessions)

• Invited speakers will be contacted by organizers to collect the title and abstract.

For Authors of NON-JAPANESE Organization

For Authors of JAPANESE Organization

REGISTRATION FEES

• Standard registration for the delegates from Japanese Organization : 45,000円（approx. 275 EUR）
• Student with Poster Presentation: Free
• Student without Poster Presentation: 45,000円（approx. 275 EUR）

• Standard registration: Free*
• Student with Poster Presentation: Free
*The registration fee for Non-Japanese organization will be fully waived if the participant is already an IEICE member or student member, or if they apply to become an associate member of IEICE (which is free of charge). For details, please follow the instructions provided on the registration site.
