Paper Submission to Poster/Exhibition session by authors of

Japanese Organization

• If you are the author of Japanese organization for the Poster/Exhibition session, please follow the following instructions for paper registration and submission.

 NOTE: In SmartCom 2016, there are two types of paper as the following:

[Type-I] (in Japanese "一種研")
Paper submitted to Technical Committee on SRW/SR corresponds to Type-I.
[Type-II] (in Japanese "二種研")
Paper submitted to Technical Committee on RCS/RCC/MICT corresponds to Type-II.

Paper submission process consists of two steps:
[STEP-1] Registration of paper submission (Initial Submission)

[STEP-2] Camera-ready paper submission

[Type-I] Deadline: April 18, 2016
[Type-II] Deadline: April 18, 2016

The author will submitt your paper via web-site.
Your personal URL is transmitted from IEICE or committee by e-mail.
Please check your e-mail box.

• Full paper (within 8 pages) or abstract plus poster (total 2 pages).
• We recommend to use IEICE format for both styles.
• If you choose abstract plus poster, the front page of IEICE format is used for abstract page. The page size of the abstract page and poster in proceeding should be A4.
• For both styles, Prefix should be added to your paper title in accordance with the following rule.
  Poster Presentation --> [Poster Presentation]
  Technology Exhibition --> [Technology Exhibit]
• Manuscripts should be written in English.
  

*When you choose "abstract plus poster (total 2 pages)", please refer to the following and the web page of IEICE.
An example for Abstract page
Paper page size is A4.
+ The following figure shows the contents included in abstract page.

Example: if a title is "A study on Cognitive Radio Networks" and you are author of poster session.
 When you submitted the proceeding for technology exhibit, your Prefix is [Technology Exhibit].



+ Please refer to the character sizes shown in the figure below.



+ Finally, please put poster (A4 size) on the second page.

*When you choose "full paper (within 8 pages)", please refer to the paper format for Technical Report through the web page of IEICE.
