Poster Presentation

Poster presentations are divided into two poster sessions.
Each poster session is held on 16th and 17th of May, 2016, respectively.

• 16th: 14:30-16:10 (100min)
• 17th: 14:00-15:40 (100min)

Please confirm your poster presentation is assigned to first or second day's session by the final program.

• Each poster session is open after each lunch time.
  Please, set up your poster during the lunch time of your assigned day.
• A partition board is ready for each poster.
  Please, find your poster number attached to the partition board.
• The size of board is 147cm x 147cm.
  A0 size poster is abailable to be attached on the board,
  even if the width of the poster is longer than its tall and vice versa.
  
• Some push pins are prepared ahead of time at each session for attaching your poster on the board.
  If you want to use stick tape, You can do it but you bring the stick tape by yourself.
• One partition board is shared with two poster presentations by one side.

• We intend to announce the start of the session and the close of the session.
  The closing announcement is before 10 minutes from the closing time.
  After this announcement, please finish your discussion and remove your poster from the board.

Technical Exhibition

Technical exhibitions are assigned to the first day's poster session, 16th of May 2016.
Please confirm it by the final program.

• Poster information for the technical exhibition is the same as the poster sessions'.
  Please refer to the above.
• In addition, one table is prepared for each exhibition.
  The table for the exhibition is set up in front of the partition board.
